Advanced Taekwondo - 102111

Students will develop heightened focus, mental discipline, and strategic thinking, while enhancing their cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, body control, and the beginning of mastery-level material to prepare students not only to earn their black belt, but to embody the role of a martial artist at the highest level. This class is intended for Red Belts to Black Belts who are at least 6 years of age.
