Have you ever wanted to impress friends at a dinner party with your cooking skills? Each session will focus on a different cuisine. Participants will be able see, smell, taste, ask questions about, and learn the background of the featured foods. Even if you have taken Chef Amy's classes before, different recipes are offered at each class. Whichever one-night cooking session you choose, you will enjoy a wonderful meal and great conversation. Bring your appetite and a container for leftovers.
