Get your cardio, toning, and mobility exercise all at the same time! Special focus is on strengthening your legs, arms and core while getting your heart pumping. Each class concludes with stretching, balance, and mobility exercises. All fitness levels are welcome. Drop-in rate $16/$19 (R/NR). 3 & 6 Classes.
Ages 62+ will receive a 20% discount.
Westlake residents receive a 50% discount. Westlake residents must register in person at the Bloomingdale Park District at 172 S. Circle Ave, Bloomingdale, IL.

Weather / Cancellation Policy
1. Westlake Townhome Association has the governing power as to whether the pool will open/close. We are renters of the facility, so they will make the decision and we will follow suit.
2. Communications regarding cancellations may come from the instructor or myself. We will notify you via text, so please make sure you check your phone before leaving home and that your information is correct in our system. If you do not have text messaging you may call the pool office at (630) 529-5164 to check on weather decisions.
3. The Westlake Townhome Association Pool follows outdoor pool protocols due to the structure. Their policy is as follows: “If we see or hear lightning or thunder or the Village sounds the alarm, the pool is closed for 30 minutes. The pool can reopen if nothing is heard or seen for 30 minutes.”
4. The Park District policy for classes affected by weather will be that if the pool needs to close for weather, we will CANCEL class. Even if a partial class could still be held, we will cancel for the consistency of communication.
5. When we cancel a class, we will offer a make-up class on the Tuesday or Thursday following the last date of the session. This means that there will always be a week (or two) between sessions to provide make-up dates. When a make-up date is offered, a refund will not be given. If we cancel more days than we can make up a refund will be given for those classes.
6. If a weather situation occurs during a class and we need to evacuate the pool, we will hold a make-up class.
