Adult Cooking Classes:

In this interactive cooking class, participants will see, smell, taste, and ask questions form trained Chef Pina. Each class will have a different menu. This class you send you home full and possibly with leftovers. Whichever one-night cooking class you choose, you will enjoy a wonderful meal and great conversation. Bring your appetite and a container for possible leftovers. For your convenience classes with ** are paired with the Parents Night out program, in the Youth Variety section of this brochure.

During Lent, Lenten options will be available based on request- please email Tania if you would like to request and lent option at tania@bloomingdaleparks.org

Salmon Wellington- (203680-D1):Salmon Wellington with a seasonal soup, fried calamari, seasonal salad
Stuffed Meatballs & Pappardelle (203680-D2): Pina's famous stuffed meatballs (ricotta, spinach, green onions & carrots) served with Pappardelle pasta and a winter salad
Taste of Asian (203680-D3): Scallion Beef Stir-Fry with rice, 3 mushroom soup with Bok Choy, and Asian Salad
Taste of Greece (203680-D4): Musaka (Greek Lasagna) Leak Pie, Greek Salad
Viva Mexico! (203680-D5): Chicken Fajitas, Chips & Salsa, Mexican inspired salad
